“Juggling Differently”

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 1,000 ways that won’t work.”
— Thomas Edison

When we hear the word *juggling*, we usually picture objects—balls or clubs—being thrown into the air and then caught again. The fear of failure can be quite strong, as the whole process may seem rather difficult (and the truth is, it can be, if it is not approached methodically). This is what makes juggling quite intimidating for a large number of people, regardless of age.

The same thing happens when someone asks us to balance on something. The first thing we feel is the fear of falling. In this way, we come face to face with one of the greatest fears people experience: the fear of failure.

Juggling, however, is not limited to what we described above. Juggling is a sequence of movements, perfectly coordinated with space, time, and instruction.

Taking all of the above into consideration, as well as the stimuli children receive from today’s society in their everyday lives—television, tablets, mobile phones, etc.—we created a program that offers stimuli and messages very different from those they are accustomed to receiving.

It provides opportunities for healthy exercise of both the brain and the body. Children encounter a wide range of emotions and feelings, such as fear, joy, inhibition of free expression, self-confidence, self-esteem, cooperation, and many others. All of these experiences can very easily become fun and engaging, because the whole process feels like play.
